Class Descriptions
Bootcamp
An interval training class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. With a new workout every week, these classes are designed to push participants harder than you’ll push yourself and to always keep the body guessing.
Fit Fab Abs
Calling all members who are ready to make sure their core (abs and back) stay nice and strong! Modifications provided to make sure all fitness levels are welcome!
HIIT Camp
A quick-hitting and intense 30-min class for those who want to be challenged. The class features Strength and Cardio AMRAP Circuits, with agility and plyometrics worked in as well.
Pedal to the Medal
Featuring scientifically structured intervals of sprinting, power training, and strength building. Pedal to the Metal provides the repeated challenge within 30-45 minutes! This is a low impact H.I.I.T format. All fitness levels are welcome.
Strictly Strength
A total body workout that is never the same! Prepare to sweat it out to a variety of strength exercises incorporating resistance training and body weight. We’ll boost your metabolism while working every major muscle group. Class is a higher intensity than a basic strength class, but all levels are still welcome, and modifications are provided!
Synrgy
A fun-filled 30-minute workout composed of functional exercises, dynamic movements and strength-based cardio in a circuit style format. This class is appropriate and modifiable for all fitness levels. Please come to class already warmed-up and ready to work!
TRX Fusion
Learn new and exciting movements with the TRX. This class will mainly use the TRX while incorporating some cardio bouts throughout the workout to make sure you’re keeping an eye on your toes!
Yoga
This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system.
Barre Fitness
Pilates, yoga, and dance inspired elements, this class develops total body strength, flexibility, balance, and posture.
Row/Lift/Spin
Get your heart rate and cardiovascular system going as you rotate through a station-based class using the rower, spin bike and those weights to get your resistance training in and build those muscles.
