Fit Tips:

  • Eat 5-9 servings of fruits/vegetables daily
  • Water needs can vary depending on activity level. In general, men = 3.7 liters/day; women = 2.7 liters/day
  • Consume approx. 1 gram of protein per 1 lbs. of body weight
