Jen Oxler
General Manager
Jen has a master’s degree in Fitness Management and Wellness Promotions and a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Western Illinois University. In the past, she has worked as a fitness manager for 24-Hour Fitness, ran bio metric screenings and lots of programming for the health and wellness field. She is certified as an ACSM Exercise Physiologist, NASM CPT, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist TRX certified, Stairmaster HIIT Trainer and Primal Exercise Specialist. When she is not at the gym you can find her around town running and taking photos.

Erika Geering
Assistant General Manager
Erika has over 15 years of leadership experience in facility operations, personal training and group fitness. She believes that fitness is not just about aesthetics but about fostering a healthy mindset and lifestyle. Erika is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and behavior change specialist through ACE. My approach is help you figure out what will work for you to ensure you are abel to reach your goals.
When I’m not at work, you can find me playing taxi to my 3 kids, baking sweets, doing hot yoga or trying out new fitness classes. I’m always eager to learn and grow in my field, and I look forward to helping others unlock their potential on their fitness journeys!

Jersey Watson
Recreation/Rental Coordinator & Personal Trainer
Jersey has 6 years of experience in fitness, he specializes in group training and athletic performance coaching. His background combines a passion for fitness with hands-on experience in leading dynamic classes and helping individuals achieve their athletic goals. Dedicated to fostering a supportive and high-energy environment, I strive to motivate and guide clients of all levels to unlock their full potential.
Jersey was born and raised in New Jersey, He is a spontaneous spirit with a competitive edge and a love for simple joys-like being a proud dog dad and indulging in great pizza. His faith is the foundation of everything he does A self-an old soul at heart, he is drawn to holistic living and homeopathic remedies, always striving to balance modern hustle with timeless principles.

Brendan Chapman

Brendan has a bachelor’s degree in history education and is currently working on his master’s through Fort Hays State University. He has worked in fitness facilities for over 6 years, primarily in member services. His hobbies include sports (GO PACK GO!!), music, and exercising. Brendan is currently training for an upcoming 10K, so you might catch him running around town! In the future, he will look to teach social studies courses at one of the surrounding middle or high schools.

Jeffery Jump

Jeffery is a self-taught entrepreneur. The soon-to-be personal trainer is studying through NASM. He has played sports and, to this day, does his best to elevate his skills and abilities to become the best version of himself. The best version of one’s self is what he strives to help everyone accomplish as a personal trainer. Jeff has just recently started working in the gym industry, but for about four years, he has been an avid lifter—a self-taught lifter at that. He has already begun making muscle growth and strength programs for himself and friends, and the results have been amazing. Originally from Kansas City, MO, and respectfully one of the scrawniest guys from KC, he hopes to break through any ceiling to reach his goals as a trainer and a lifter. He also hopes to compete in a bodybuilding competition as he progresses. If Jeff isn’t at the gym putting in work, you’ll find him on the big screen recording gameplay for his YouTube channel.

Shelby was born in Kansas City, Missouri, and has a passion for yoga, holistic wellness, the outdoors, breathwork, writing, and art. She is a registered yoga instructor, meditation facilitator, and life coach with two years of teaching experience. Her most recent training took place in Phoenix, AZ, where she learned various styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Meditation.
Shelby offers personalized one-on-one yoga sessions that focus on building flexibility and strength, and mindfulness practices tailored to enhance your everyday life. She is dedicated to helping her clients cultivate a balanced and peaceful lifestyle through yoga.
Whether you are a beginner looking to establish a solid foundation or an experienced practitioner seeking to deepen your practice, Shelby is here to provide guidance and support. Her teaching philosophy centers around creating a safe and inclusive environment where students of all levels can explore their practice and connect with their bodies. Through her experiences, she has discovered that deepening body awareness and mastering your breath can serve as a powerful catalyst for achieving the life you truly desire.

Deonna Fields

Deonna is a dynamic and accomplished administrator with a passion for marketing and photography. Her competitive spirit extends into her hobbies which include wake surfing and co-ed soccer. Deonna plays a pivotal role in project management and excels in handling behind-the-scenes, detail-oriented tasks. Her blend of strategic thinking, continuous learning, hands-on experience, and organizational skills make her an integral part of our team, contributing to our winning attitude and unique team integrity.

Erin Shields

Erin was born and raised in the Overland Park/Leawood area and graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She discovered her passion for health and fitness during college, diving into the world of strength training. This has remained her go-to form of exercise, as she enjoys the mental clarity it provides and the challenges it presents.
With six years of experience in marketing, Erin excels in her full-time career, bringing creativity and organization to every project.
Outside of work, Erin loves exploring Kansas City’s vibrant food and drink scene, tackling DIY home projects, experimenting with new recipes, cheering on the Jayhawks and Chiefs, and spending quality time with her cats, friends, and family.
