💪 Personal Trainer – Customized Coaching & Client Success

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to design and deliver individualized fitness programs that help clients achieve their health, strength, and performance goals. This role is ideal for someone passionate about coaching, education, and building strong client relationships in a supportive fitness environment.

🏋️ Position Overview

The Personal Trainer will work one-on-one (and potentially small group) with clients to create customized fitness experiences focused on strength, cardiovascular conditioning, mobility, and overall wellness. Trainers will guide, motivate, and educate clients while ensuring safe and effective training sessions.

📋 Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial fitness assessments to evaluate client goals, needs, and baseline fitness levels
  • Design personalized training programs tailored to strength, cardio, flexibility, and lifestyle goals
  • Instruct clients on proper exercise technique, form, and movement mechanics
  • Provide motivation, accountability, and consistent coaching support
  • Track client progress and adjust programs as needed for continued improvement
  • Educate clients on fitness principles, nutrition basics, and healthy habits
  • Maintain a safe training environment and ensure proper equipment use

💥 Qualifications

  • Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of exercise science, programming, and biomechanics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal coaching skills
  • Ability to motivate clients of all fitness levels
  • Passion for helping others achieve sustainable lifestyle change
  • CPR/AED certification preferred

💫 Barre Instructor – Group Fitness Class Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Barre Instructor to lead engaging group fitness classes that blend elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating an energetic, supportive environment while helping participants build strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility.

🩰 Position Overview

The Barre Instructor will guide participants through choreographed, music-driven workouts performed at the barre and on the mat. Classes often incorporate light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to deliver a full-body workout focused on endurance, balance, and alignment.

  • Lead safe, effective, and motivating Barre classes
  • Demonstrate movements and provide clear, confident cueing

🌿 Yoga Instructor – Saturday Morning Class (10:00–11:00 AM)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Yoga Instructor to lead a weekly Saturday morning class from 10:00–11:00 AM. This is a great opportunity to join a welcoming fitness community and inspire members through mindful movement, strength, and recovery-focused flow.

🧘‍♂️ Position Overview

The Yoga Instructor will guide participants through safe, engaging, and accessible yoga sessions suitable for a mixed-level group. The ideal candidate brings positive energy, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a calming yet empowering environment.

🌟 Responsibilities

  • Lead a 60-minute yoga class every Saturday morning (10–11 AM)
  • Design and deliver balanced sequences (warm-up, flow, cooldown, relaxation)
  • Offer modifications and progressions for all fitness levels
  • Create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive class atmosphere
  • Ensure participant safety through clear instruction and cueing
  • Arrive early to set up and connect with participants before class

🧘‍♀️ Qualifications

  • Certified Yoga Instructor (200-hour RYT or equivalent preferred)
  • Prior group fitness or yoga teaching experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of alignment, breathwork, and flow sequencing
  • Positive, professional, and approachable teaching style
  • Ability to engage beginners while still challenging experienced students
