Get ready to push your limits and build serious strength and endurance all month long! The Murph Month Challenge is designed to prepare you—physically and mentally—for one of the most iconic workouts out there.

Complete the designated Murph prep workout each day of the week to build your stamina, strength, and confidence. Stay consistent, show up, and put in the work—it will pay off when it’s time for the main event.

Then, test yourself and join us for the full Murph Challenge on one of the following days:

  • Tuesday the 19th at 6:00 AM
  • Thursday the 21st at 6:00 AM
  • Saturday the 23rd at 9:00 AM
