20 Workout Challenge

  • Complete 20 workouts throughout the month.
  • Each day, choose either a Star Workout or a Stripe Workout to keep things fun and challenging.
  • Mix and match workouts to reach your goal!

🚶 100 Mile Challenge

  • Walk, run, hike, or bike your way to 100 miles during the month.
  • Track your progress and celebrate every milestone along the way.

Whether you’re building strength, improving endurance, or simply staying active this summer, this challenge is designed for all fitness levels. Stay consistent, challenge yourself, and have fun while working toward your goal.
